High up at Skansen, Ida Bauhn, Chef of the Year 2025, is opening her own brunch restaurant. Verandan serves a generous brunch rooted in Swedish flavors and traditions, reimagined through Ida’s personal touch. In the kitchen, the focus is on ingredients, craftsmanship, and Swedish culinary traditions. Beverages are an equally important part of the experience, with cocktails and Swedish wines that complement the food.

I draw an enormous amount of inspiration from nature, and I think we have fantastic produce here in Sweden. For me it's essential to cook with the seasons and let the ingredient lead the way. I want to look after our Swedish farmers, producers and food traditions — but also make something playful and my own out of them.
Saturday & Sunday 10:30 am–5:00 pm
The price for adults is SEK 395 for both seating times. For children aged 4–12, the price is SEK 150 during the first seating and SEK 195 during the second seating. Children aged 0–3 are always free of charge. Admission to Skansen is included in the price for the entire party.
